Call us on 01905 936 260, or drop into our Droitwich kitchen showroom for a coffee and a chat.

Browse our showroom and website for some initial inspiration for your new kitchen. Our showroom has a number of installed kitchens in various styles and from a variety of kitchen manufacturers. We have samples doors, worktop and work surface samples, black splashes, kitchen appliances, kitchen accessories and finishing touches such as taps, handles, kitchen storage and organisation solutions. There’s no need to choose anything now but hopefully, you’ll see something to whet your appetite!

Share with us any information or requirements you have so far and we’ll note these down and save them for your design consultation.

Consult – What does your dream kitchen look like?

Meet with our kitchen designer for an initial design consultation. This meeting can take place at our showroom or at your home.

We will listen to your needs and take the time to fully understand your kitchen requirements, your property, and how you will use the space. Ideally, you will be able to provide approximate dimensions of the space we are working with. Photographs can also be helpful at this meeting, though not essential.

If your property has yet to be built, or you are planning a kitchen for an extension that has yet to be built we can work from the architect’s plans and provide designs and a quotation based on these plans.

At the initial kitchen design consultation, we will ask you questions and ask if you have examples of kitchens you may have seen that you like. We’ll also take time to talk about kitchen styles and features that you don’t like. We can help with ideas and questions that will help you think about options you may not have previously considered.

It can be useful to establish a budget at this point and also to identify any significant modifications required, for example, if a wall needs to be removed.

Our kitchen designer will be happy to answer any questions you may have at this meeting or at any point during the process of getting your kitchen designed and installed.

If your initial design consultation takes place at our showroom, the next step will be to complete a home visit. All of the information gathered at our first meeting will be available and the home visit will be with the same kitchen design consultant. Measurements of the area for the new kitchen will be taken. Even if your kitchen is small, or an awkward shape we can always find a solution. At this point, we will revisit your original requirements, make any refinements and adjustments, and sketch out a high-level plan to take to the kitchen design phase.

Design – Bringing your dream kitchen ideas to life!

Once the home visit is complete we will bring away all of the information, kitchen measurements, your requirements, and ideas and use these to help develop a series of kitchen designs. We will make recommendations for kitchen products, finishes, kitchen appliances and kitchen accessories from a variety of manufacturers that we feel match the preferences you have shared and complement the design. Our kitchen design will comprise of 3D images that show how your kitchen will look and how it will be laid out. The design will be accompanied by an estimated quotation.

We will invite you into the showroom to take a look at the kitchen designs where you will be able to see some of the products and finishes recommended and explore alternatives. We will discuss the design in detail and work with you to make any changes needed. Once you are happy with the design and have chosen products, appliances, and accessories we will be able to produce final designs and an accurate kitchen quotation.

Plan – Let’s do this!

First steps are to identify a start date and an estimated completion date.

We will outline the order of things and identify any dependencies you need to be aware of, making you aware of what to expect and the process we will follow.

We’ll discuss the project management of the installation, explaining how we will communicate with you throughout, and give you the level of involvement you would like.

It’s time to get things on order! We’ll order the kitchen, appliances, accessories, and materials so they are ready for the installation start date.

We will book our installation team and any trades required to complete the installation of your kitchen including kitchen fitters, plasterers, electricians, plumbers, tilers etc

A deposit payment will be required at this stage. The remainder of the payment for the kitchen goods is required when the kitchen is delivered. The final payment is for the kitchen installation work and this is due only once the kitchen is fully installed and all of our work is complete.

5

Installation – Let’s get fitting!

Your new kitchen, appliances, accessories, and any materials will be delivered.  Further payment will be required at the time of delivery.

Our skilled kitchen installers will begin the kitchen installation process. This may include the removal and disposal of your existing kitchen.  Any building work required will be undertaken.

The installation of your kitchen, from start to finish will be completed including fitting the kitchen units, kitchen worktops, electrics, gas, and plumbing. The finishing touches such as tiling, flooring, decorating, adding accessories, lighting, etc will be taken care of.

We will project manage the kitchen installation giving you regular updates, answering questions, consulting where necessary, and giving you the involvement you would like.
We will coordinate the involvement of trades to ensure the project runs smoothly and without delays or unnecessary inconvenience to you. In some cases, our installation team is multi-skilled and will work on more than one aspect of the overall project.

Our project manager is available to you throughout the project. Just a phone call away and ready to help.

Once installation is complete, all rubbish will be removed and your property will be left clean and tidy.
