Bathroom installation completed for a client in Droitwich. This project included: Aqualiza Quartz Touch 2-way shower with handset and fixed head, Aquabella Base slate shower tray, Kudos Ultimate wet room screens, Adriatic, pumice finish, Mereway bathroom furniture, Arco sink, Vitra Suit U basin mixer tap, an Aquella Liner plus illuminated mirror, and an Elite heated towel rail and 150w underfloor heating with Touch Plus Thermostatic control.

Project Details
- Remove existing suite, flooring and tiles
- 1ST Fix plumbing. All plumbing work carried out in copper pipe with end feed fittings. All waste pipe was refitted with solvent weld pipe.
- Larger 50mm pipe used for shower to increase flow.
- 1st fix electrics (carried out by our regular qualified electrician)
- Floor repaired.
- Soil stack boxing adjusted to suit design.
- Create niche in wall. This is built in to a pipework boxing that is in the ensuite that backs onto this room
- Ceiling over boarded
- Room plastered where required.
- Prime walls with Tilemaster primer where needed.
- Tank wet area with Tilemaster tanking kit.
- Prep floor area where the tray is to be situated.
- Fit tray and test. Silicone all edges to wall with TM silicone 3000
- Overboard floor with cement board to remove any deflection from floor.
- TM flexible semi rapid glue used to glue boards and then screwed.
- Electric underfloor heating mat laid and tested.
- TM Pro flow self levelling used to cover floor mat and raise the height of the floor slightly.
- Prime floor with TM primer
- Lay floor tiles to finish level with the shower tray giving a seamless finish and creating a level entry.
- Cover and protect floor once tile adhesive has dried.
- Tile walls using TM semirapid setaflex.
- All trims to be mitred where they meet.
- Grout walls with TM grout 3000
- Grout floor with Kerakoll Fugalite bio epoxy resin
- Silicone room with TM silicone 300
- Connect Aqualisa Quartz Touch smart box in the loft area.
- Fit shower outlet, raiser rail, fixed head arm and control button and test.
- Fit Elite towel rail. Check connections and repressurise system.
- Fit Mereway furniture
- Fit concealed furniture cistern.
- Fit Arco Sink with Vitra tap and McAlpine pop up waste
- Fit Vitra pan and soft close seat
- Fit solid surface worktop
- Fit handles
- Check all connections
- Silicone where required
- Make threshold strip from oak to match the rest of the property
